The staff were helpful. i had no issues with check-in. breakfast had good choices. rudy at the reception was very helpful. He gave excellent directions. the hotel location is a short walk from the ubahn station. Made travel easy for me.

the parking fee was an unexpected cost. i booked under the impression that parking was included but later discovered a daily charge.

The room was spacious and clean. It had coffee and tea amenities. the bed was comfortable. The linen was very white. i appreciated the good quality shampoo and body lotion available.

Breakfast offered many choices. It was quite enjoyable. i found the breakfast room comfortable. the quality of the food and coffee was excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available each morning.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

limited breakfast pricing discrepancy

I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited for the price paid. It was not what I expected. My room was also quite small, and the bed felt smaller than anticipated! I had booked the room at one price, though upon arrival, I ended up paying a higher amount. This difference in pricing was really frustrating.

they offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants , and those restaurants were located nearby.

the online check-in did not work beforehand , and the hotel was not reachable by phone. i spent a long time in waiting lines , only to be pushed away.
